My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. Our team will assist in investigating the shipment and determining next steps.
Will there be duties or taxes on my package?
Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. WatchMatic does not collect or control these fees.
What if I change my mind?
Returns due to change of mind are not guaranteed. In exceptional cases, non-defective returns may be approved at WatchMatic’s discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs. Change-of-mind returns are not considered defects and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
